I have an unfinished basement (approx. 800sq ft)with some outlets already installed. I would like to finish it out.

Our basement is currently flooded. We intend to waterproof all the basement walls, but now we need the basement to be re-finished as well. We will need some walls moved and flooring added. We may also consider having the attic finished, but that will depend on the price. The basement is 786 sq feet. About 500 sq feet is currently finished (and needs repair).
