I am just starting to look into the possibilities of finishing my basement. I am not sure what I want because I'm not sure what is possible. I know I want a bathroom and at least 1 bedroom and a laudry room. My house was new construction when I bought it in 2005 and they said the basement was "finish ready". I am looking for someone to give me an idea of what is possible and the price range so that I can start planning the money. I would also like to find out how much this project would increase my house value as opposed to other projects.
